It can also be used in power steering systems, torque converters, change gearboxes, fluid clutches, and non-complicated hydraulic systems. The high viscosity index offers resistance against foaming and corrosion. This automatic transmission fluid also has a very low pour point, ensuring easy shifting at cold starts. NOTE: This ATF II-D is not suitable for automatic transmissions where a Ford M2C33 F/G specification is recommended.
